    How payment works

    1

    Pay the exact amount

Each order gets its own amount with a few paise on the end, for example ₹49.37. That is how we know the payment is yours.

    2

    We see the payment

Your payment app emails a confirmation. We read it and match the amount to your order. No typing needed.

    3

    Download

Your downloads unlock straight away. If it takes long, paste the UTR or Transaction ID, or press "My payment has no UTR".

    I paid but nothing unlocked.

Payment emails can take a minute or two. Wait for the page to update. If it still fails after ten minutes, contact support with your reference and order number.

    I paid a different amount.

The amount must match your order to the paise. Contact support with your UTR and we will fix it by hand.

    Can I get a refund?

Digital downloads are generally not refundable once delivered. If something is wrong with your file we will fix it or refund you. See the Terms.
