  • The UTR or Transaction ID from the payment email
  • The amount you paid
  • A screenshot of the payment
  • The email you signed up with

Quick fixes

I paid and the page is still waiting

Give it two minutes. Then open "Paid but not confirmed" on the payment panel and paste the UTR or Transaction ID. For Fam to Fam transfers without UTR press "My payment has no UTR".

It says my payment is used for another order

A payment unlocks one order only. Check My QRs and Orders: your files may already be unlocked on an earlier order.

It says the amount does not match

Pay the exact amount of your order, including paise. If you already paid something else, contact us with a screenshot.
