Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 November 2026. This is a starting template written for QR Studio. Have a lawyer review it before you rely on it.

1. Who we are

QR Studio is a service operated by TeamDev ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

QR Studio lets you design QR codes, place them on poster themes, preview the result for free with a watermark, and buy a watermark-free download. Features and prices can change. Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay.

3. Accounts

You must give a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf. We can suspend accounts that break these Terms.

4. Payments

• Payments are accepted by UPI only. Each order shows an exact amount you must pay, including paise.
• To unlock a download you enter the UTR from your payment confirmation. We match the UTR, amount and time with the payment we received. One payment can unlock one order.
• If you pay a wrong amount, pay late, or your payment is not matched, contact us with your UTR. We will resolve it by hand where we can verify the payment.
• Prices are in Indian rupees. Any taxes that apply are included unless shown separately.

5. Downloads and refunds

Downloads are digital goods delivered immediately after payment, so they are generally not refundable. If a file is defective or does not match the design you paid for, tell us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund the order. A paid download covers the design as it was when you paid. Changing the design afterwards needs a new order, unless you have an active pass.

6. Pass

The unlimited pass gives unlimited HD downloads for the number of days shown at purchase. It does not renew by itself. Passes are not refundable once active.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload (artwork, logos, text). You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You promise that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

Do not use QR Studio to create codes that lead to scams, phishing, malware, impersonation of other people or businesses, collecting payments under false pretences, or anything illegal. We may remove content and close accounts that do, without refund.

8. Built-in themes

Built-in themes are our own artwork. You may use the posters you buy for your own business or personal use. You may not resell the theme artwork on its own or claim it as yours.

9. Previews and watermarks

Previews are watermarked to protect our work. Removing, covering or recreating a watermark to avoid paying is not allowed.

10. Dynamic links

Dynamic QRs point to a short link on our domain that redirects to the address you choose. If your account is closed or the link is misused we may disable it. Print dynamic QRs only if you are comfortable relying on our service staying online.

11. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Always test a printed QR before you use it for real payments. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales.

12. Changes and contact

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Assam have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
