Is the preview really free?
Yes. You can build, restyle and preview as much as you like. Only the watermark-free download costs money.
How do you confirm my payment?
You pay the exact amount shown for your order. The payment app emails a confirmation, we match the amount and the time to your order, and it unlocks by itself. If it does not, you can paste the UTR or Transaction ID. More about how it works.
Why does the QR in the preview not scan?
On purpose. Previews show a scrambled code so a screenshot cannot replace the paid file. The downloaded poster has the real, working QR.
Will my QR still scan?
We run a scan check on every design. If a style or logo makes the code hard to read you see a warning, so you can switch to plain black ink or remove the logo.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Upload a portrait image in the Theme Maker, choose a layout and it shows up next to the built-in themes. Only use artwork you have the right to use.
